As a child, his own brothers prophet Jacob's (Yaqub) sons throws him alive in a well, from where he was picked up by a caravan men Malik and sold exorbitant prices in Egypt as a slave. He was bought by a king of Egypt and grew up as a prince in Egypt.

And then in his youth he was imprisoned and the king of Egypt had a dream, and Joseph told him the interpretation of the dream of famine. And so the Joseph saves Egypt from the great famine. And then he becomes a great king of egypt after some years he meets with his brothers and finally his father Prophet Jacob Yaqub.

Omar knows that he cannot win this war against Regio Esercito (Italian Royal Army) because Omar has a small number of comrades while the Italian royal army is very large and has modern weapons and ammunition, tanks and aircraft.

The Italians also committed atrocities: killing of prisoners of war, destruction of crops, and imprisoning populations in concentration camps behind barbed wire. The Libyans arabs shows great tenacity and make enormous sacrifices to defend their country. In the end, Mukhtar is captured and behaved as a rebel,the film ends with Mukthar being publicly executed by hanging.
